The production line of the factory is composed of a numerical extruder, automatic mold conveying lines, heating tunnels, mold heating conveyors and CNC numerical machines.
Detailed quality control
The production line is operated every day by a team of experienced employees. A team of specialists with many years of experience oversees the preparation and smooth running of the production process. Every model that leaves the production line is subjected to detailed quality control.
The modern and high-performance equipment and machines, operated by high-class specialists, offer unlimited production possibilities.
Since the first days of operation, our factory has been producing sinks and wash basins both under its own brands owned by Kuchinox, as well as for global DIY chains and other European brands following the OEM principle. On production lines, products are manufactured according to customers’ own designs.
Also, the factory can develop design concepts for customers through designers who cooperate with Kuchinox.
